1. Fundamental Rules - 101(b) 

Important Points: -

1. Only Permanent employees. Temporary Government servants are not eligible.
2. Applicable to all last grade employees.
3. Should not exceed 6 months in every 3 years of service.
4. The leave on combination with any other leave
5. Salary is equal to half pay leave Salary.
6. Counts for increment, pension.
7. First 3 months on full pay and next 3 months on half pay.
